4.1. The prices of the products and services we offer are gross amounts, i.e., including VAT.
The price of the products does not include shipping costs. Shipping fees may vary. The exact shipping and packaging fees will be provided during the payment process, in the cart, or on the checkout page.
Shipping is handled through an external courier service.

5.1. Product Selection
Browse the products available on the SmartGraveStones website, and select the desired product, its item number, color, and quantity.

The selected products are added to the cart. You can check the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it here. If everything is correct, click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. The purchase price will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.

The service provider does not verify the accuracy of the bank account number or the account holder. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

8.1. Repair or Replacement Requests
If you wish to make a warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.
8.2. Defining a Defective Product

8.3. Deadline for Claims
Warranty claims can be made within two years from the date the product is placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this period, your right expires.

8.5. Exemption from Warranty Obligations

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Company does not accept responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, improper handling, or the individual use of football shin guards. Users must strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use the shin guards correctly.
